CAPT. JEFF

Captain Jeff Dutremble is a licensed United States Coast Guard OUPV Captain and registered Maine Tidewater Fishing Guide.  He started fishing the waters of the Boothbay Harbor region at the age of 4, snagging mackerel from the dock on diamond jigs with the old school Zebco rod and reel.  Since then, his passion for fishing has evolved into an obsession. Capt. Jeff believes that fishing is a lot more than just the act of catching fish -- it is a chance to connect with nature, to be fully present and in the moment, and to build memories with loved ones that last a lifetime.  Studies have shown that fishing reduces stress and boosts mood, so in Capt. Jeff's mind, it's a safe & therapeutic way to live a happier life.  His favorite fishing method is catching striped bass from his paddle board on a fly rod (when he's not out chartering clients, of course).  He is an avid learner and loves teaching fishing methods to his clients, especially children.  Capt. Jeff is also a children's book author.  He lives in Arundel Maine during the winter months, and spends the majority of his time in the warmer months at their summer cottage on Dogfish Head in Southport, Maine, with his his wife, Amanda, and their two daughters, Aria & Quinn (and their dog, Skipper).

INVICTUS

Named after the poem by William Ernest Henry, INVICTUS is a Triton 25 foot deep V center console. It slices through water like a hot knife through butter, even in some of the toughest chop, for a smooth & comfortable ride.
