Captain Jeff Dutremble is a licensed United States Coast Guard OUPV Captain and Registered Maine Tidewater Fishing Guide. ​

At the age of 4, he hauled in his first mackerel from the dock, and since then, his passion for fishing has evolved into an obsession (just ask his wife and daughters)

Capt. Jeff believes that fishing is much more than the act of catching fish -- it is a chance to connect with nature, to be fully present and in the moment, and to build memories that last a lifetime.

Studies have shown that fishing also reduces stress and boosts mood, so in Jeff's mind, it's a great hobby to live a happier life. ​

He is an avid learner and loves teaching fishing methods to his clients, especially children. ​

The Vessel
Named after the poem by William Ernest Henry, INVICTUS is a clean, Triton 26 foot deep V center console powered by a quiet, supercharged Mercury Verado 250hp.
Docked conveniently right in the heart of town at the Carousel Marina in Boothbay Harbor, INVICTUS is fully insured and equipped with over twelve rod holders, a “head” (marine toilet), comfortable seating (including E Sea Rider bean bags for harbor/sunset cruises), bluetooth stereo, optimal layout for fishing and cruising, and all of the required Coast Guard Safety Gear.

We use only the finest gear – TFO (Temple Fork Outfitter) inshore light tackle rod), Daiwa BG 4000 spinning reels (ranked #1 in consumer satisfaction for durability, smoothness, and operability), and rugged terminal tackle.
